Cjdns nodes which have publicPeer set to a Peer ID appear here.
If the Peer ID begins with PUB_ and the peer shows as OK,
then the node is shared with other nodes so they can auto-peer with it, these
are also the criteria for a cjdns node to yield PKT.
If you would like your cjdns node to be tested, but you do not want anyone to
connect to it, you may set it to any Peer ID that does not begin
with PUB_.
